Ways to Access...
Medicare
The majority of our clients are referred to us by their GP under the Medicare 'Better Access' Scheme. Your GP can prepare a Mental Health Care Plan which may enable you to receive a substantial Medicare rebate for 10 appointments in a calendar year. Please note we are not a bulk billing clinic.
Private Health
Extras on your private health plan may cover psychology services. We have a HICAPS terminal at the practice to process your Health Fund claim. Please contact your provider to enquire about your cover and benefit.
Return to Work
A number of our psychologists can assist in rehabilitation from a workplace injury or incident. Clients accessing services under RTWSA will not be charged a gap fee.
MVA
A number of our psychologists can assist in helping you recover after a motor vehicle accident under CTP insurance. We can bill the CTP insurer directly upon request.
DVA
Veteran card holders can access our psychological services with no gap fee with a GP referral.
NDIS
Self or plan-managed NDIS participants can access our psychological services with no gap fee. We can bill your plan manager directly upon request.
